Immunity diet is very effective in fighting cold and flu. In this case, several herbal ingredients in the kitchen can be trusted. Similarly, cinnamon and honey are two great domestic ingredients to increase immunity. Tea made of these two ingredients will work as an immunity booster.


Honey contains antioxidants and enzymes that help to heal the body from the inside. It also has anti-bacterial properties, which helps to keep infections and harmful cells away from the body. Similarly, cinnamon can fight mild illness and repair the body easily.


At the same time, honey and cinnamon work great to fight allergies and heal wounds in the body. In addition, both honey and cinnamon are anti-inflammatory, fight allergies and boost your immune system. This ingredient is also a great combination for curing constipation.

Cinnamon-honey tea can be made with some simple ingredients. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach for best results. For tea, you will need 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon powder, 1 teaspoon of honey and 1 cup of water.
